Yogurt: healthy intestinal flora. (Vegan or Almond used in this recipe.)




Blueberries: they are not contaminated with chemicals and it is one of the healthiest foods. Its benefits include: digestion, nervous system,

memory, heart, protects from heavy metals, etc. (Organic because if they are not, they are contaminated with pesticides. (Check the list of foods at dirty dozen list of foods every year, the ones that are more contaminated.)



Ezekiel Bread: proteins, 9 essential amino acids, complex carbohydrates and does not contain sugars. low glycemic index.

Yogurt Toast Recipe


Ingredients:


- 1 piece Ezequiel Bread

-1/2 cup Blueberries

-Yogurt (Vegan or Almond used in nutrition facts label) 1 Tablespoon




Preparation:


1. Take a piece of Ezekiel bread.

2. Add the Yogurt

3. Add the fruit. (Make a mix of fruit or

change the fruit)
