This Ayurveda recipe is really easy and has different benefits.
-Good for the nerves
-Good for Digestion
-Respiratory & Reproductive System
-Not to be used during pregnancy
-6 weeks after birth, increases milk production
Previously: Soak overnight
1 tbsp fenugreek seeds
1 cup of water
1/2 to 1 1/2 tbsp honey
1. After soaking overnight. Boil seeds and water.
2. Strain seeds and add honey.
