Happy Week! I like easy and fast recipes. Loaded with healthy ingredients. Subscribe at the top to get notified of new posts.


This is one of my favorites, while I was vegan (I am not anymore, I eat kosher meat and have a keto-based diet). It is plant-based easy to incorporate into our fast daily lives.


Plus it has many benefits from using natural ingredients, you get a whole lot of benefits without the added toxins that come with a can or processed food. Like GMO and food additives.


Plus you know exactly what's going on inside your food. If you are a raw vegan I recommend adding all the ingredients in a bowl with one avocado, without cooking and just mixing them with the oil, lemon salt, and pepper. It is that good!



Did you know that the Portobello mushroom is low in saturated fat and high in fiber?


Portobello Fajitas


Portobello: detoxify the body, immune system, vitamin B, reduces blood pressure, potassium, phosphorus, fiber, digestive health. Pepper: folic acid, antioxidants, vitamin C, regulates cholesterol, low weight. Healthy doesn´t mean eat all you want if you are watching your figure eat your mindful portions. Remember to exercise! energy in = food Energy out = exercise.

Notes: You can make this same recipe with any type of edible fungus or use vegan or shredded meat (organic). Also with Eggplant



Ingredients:

-2 Tbs Avocado oil

-6 pieces of Portobello Mushroom

- 1 piece Red Pepper

-1 piece Chile Poblano

-1 piece Yellow Pepper

- 1/2 Onion -1 piece Lemon -1 pinch Salt -1 pinch Black Pepper -1 pinch Oregano



Preparation:

1. Cut Portobello Mushrooms, Peppers, and Poblano into strips. 2. In a frying pan, add avocado oil, oregano, pepper, and salt.

3. Add on strips portobellos, onion, poblano pepper, red pepper, and yellow pepper. Cook 5 min. 4. Add Lemon while cooking. 5. Serve with handmade soft corn tortillas and your favorite Mexican salsa!



The amount per serving is 2 tacos 🌮! Enjoy!
