Amaranth: proteins, vitamins, and minerals: AB, C, B1, B2, B3 Folic acid, calcium, iron, and phosphorus, Niacin. It contains amino acids
such as lysine.
- Prevention of colon cancer.
- Prevents and helps in the control of osteoporosis, diabetes mellitus, obesity, hypertension, constipation and diverticulosis, chronic renal
failure, liver failure, hepatic encephalopathy, celiac disease, and is recommended in the diet for people with autism.
Mango and Amaranth Bowl
Ingredients:
-Mango 1 piece
-Amaranth 1/2 cup
-Coconut milk 1/2 cup (swab for Almond milk to reduce calories)
-Cinnamon 1/2 tbs
-Ginger powder 1 pinch
-Cardamom 1 pinch
Preparation:
1. Put the amaranth in the blender. Blend with other ingredients.
2. Add mango, coconut milk, cinnamon, cardamom, and ginger.
3. Decorate with Fruit.
