Have you ever wanted to eat more healthy and tasty?

I wanted to welcome you with this recipe, it is one of my favorites. It's fast easy to make and you only need a few ingredients.

Avocado Tahini Hummus!


-1 cup of boiled chickpeas

-1 small avocado

-4 wedges of lemon

- 1 pinch salt

-1 pinch black pepper

-1 tbsp tahini


1. Add chickpeas (it gets sticky you might need a spoon to help you blend)

2. Add Tahini

3. Add Avocado

4.Squeeze lemon


5. Add salt & pepper to taste.
