Leaving a list of different oils, in case you can't find any specific oil. Also a sleep essential oil roll-on mix. So, you can make your own at home. For whenever you travel or you want to have a soothing and relaxing sleep.


  • Bergamot

  • chamomile

  • clary sage

  • frankincense

  • jasmine

  • geranium

  • lavender

  • lemon

  • marjoram

  • melissa

  • myrrh

  • neroli

  • nutmeg

  • rose

  • patchouli

  • sandalwood

  • valerian

  • yang-ylang



Insomnia? Roll-on



  • 1 drop lavender

  • 12 drops bergamot

  • 6 drops chamomile

  • 5 drops geranium

  • 1 drop frankincense

  • 1 drop rose

Mix with base oil. The base oil is a vegetable oil that adds no flavor or smell and is suited for topical use. Do your own roll on. Like anything else in life, you want to learn and there are guidelines plus recommendations on how to use them. There are different resources on how to use them and books.
