These recipes stayed and they were part of my first freebie on how to use natural ingredients.
I hope you like them! (Since I am not Vegan anymore, this recipe has some swabs and variations, but it is mostly vegan.)
Benefits of using Natural Ingredients
Yogurt: healthy intestinal flora. (Vegan or Greek)
Cucumber: hydration, elimination toxins, A, B, C, potassium, and magnesium. Aids with weight loss and digestion.
Green apple: The apples contain pectin which helps control the level of cholesterol and blood sugar and cellulose that contributes to the proper functioning of the intestine.
-Cucumber 1 piece
-Apple 1 piece
-Walnut 1/2 cup
-Yogurt (Greek or Vegan) 7 Tbs to 1/4 cup
-Salt 1 pinch
-Black pepper 1 pinch
-Thyme 1 pinch
-Parsley 1 pinch
-Vinegar 2 Tbs
-Coconut milk 1/4 cup (or just yogurt)
Side Soy Sauce:
-Soy sauce 1/4 cup
-Garlic Flakes 1/4 cup
-Lemon 2 pieces
1. Slice the cucumber and apple into very thin
2. Dressing: Yogurt with vinegar, thyme, parsley,
oregano, coconut milk, salt, pepper, and walnuts.
Blend all together. (Vinegar is optional)
3. Sauce: Put a pan with 1 Tbs of avocado oil,
cook the onion, garlic, and chili. Pour into the soy
sauce and add the lemon.
