Each oil stimulates a part of the body and has specific uses. In this article, I share 3 of my favorite oils. Take into account that depending on the brand, there are oils that are only for topical use and always have to be dissolved in a base oil. Some brands have edible essential oils. Ginger (ZINGIBER OFFICINALE) Properties: Stimulant, analgesic, antioxidant, antiseptic, bactericidal, cephalic, stomach, stimulates the secretion of saliva. Tip: * You can use it on hot towels to soothe premenstrual cramps. You add a drop to a hot towel. Sage (SALVIA OFFICINALIS) Properties: Anti-infectious, antiviral, fungicidal, antibacterial. Tip: Skincare. Relaxation. * Contraindicated in large quantities and during pregnancy.
Orange (CITRUS SINENSIS) Properties: Antiseptic, soothing, digestive, antifungal, bactericidal, stimulant, and sedative for the nervous system. Indicated for: Water retention, obesity, constipation. There are guidelines in each essential oil company. To learn how to use them.
Tip: * In a diffuser mixed with lemon when you feel tired or with a cold. (It is not inhaled only used in the environment) It uplifts you.
